If you are having trouble accessing your Subsight dashboard, the following steps will help you identify the cause and get back to managing your subscriptions.

1. Forgotten Password
If you cannot remember your credentials, you can trigger a secure reset:
Reset Request: Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to receive a recovery link via email.
Update Credentials: Once you are back in, you can update your password to something more secure under Settings > Account.
Confirmation: When changing your password from within the app, you will be required to enter your Current password before setting a New password to verify your identity.
2. Email Verification
Ensure you are using the exact email address associated with your Subsight profile.
Identity Check: You can verify your active login email in the Account information section of your settings.
Invitation Status: If you were recently invited to a workspace, ensure you have clicked the confirmation link in your invitation email before attempting to log in for the first time.
3. Workspace Access
If you can log in but cannot see your organization's data:
Removal: A workspace owner or admin may have removed your account from the team. If this happens, you will lose access to that specific dashboard and its history.
Workspace Deletion: If the owner has deleted the entire workspace, all associated data and member access are permanently purged and cannot be recovered.
4. Technical Troubleshooting
Browser Cache: If the login page is not loading correctly, try clearing your browser's cache or opening the app in an Incognito/Private window.
Timezone Discrepancy: Ensure your device's system clock is accurate. Significant time differences can sometimes interfere with secure login sessions.
Troubleshooting
