1. Plan Tiers and Features
Free: Best for lean teams testing core tools. This plan supports up to 5 users and 5 subscriptions. It includes essential features like email reminders and the interactive calendar overview.
Pro: Designed for growing teams needing full control of SaaS costs for $29/month. This plan supports up to 20 users and 20 subscriptions. In addition to Free features, it includes Slack reminders and a smart spreadsheet importer.
Business: Tailored for large teams with complex stacks for $49/month. This plan offers unlimited users and unlimited subscriptions. It includes all Pro features plus multi-currency support and a bank statement parser.
2. Flexible Billing and Trials
Annual Discount: You can save 25% by choosing yearly billing instead of a monthly plan.
7-Day Free Trial: You can test all Pro or Business features for 7 days with no credit card required. If you do not select a paid plan after the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free tier.
No Long-Term Contracts: You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time directly through your account settings.
3. Managing Plan Limits
If you exceed the user or subscription limit of your current plan, Subsight will notify you to upgrade to the next tier. Your data remains safe, and you will retain access to your dashboard throughout the transition period.
